Important: By registering an account on JM77 and using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform.
01 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and JM77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all activities carried out on the JM77 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino games, slots and participation in any promotions or bonus schemes.
JM77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult players in Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By accessing any part of the JM77 website or mobile platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form.
JM77 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- These Terms apply to all players regardless of device or access method.
- JM77 operates as an online gaming platform. No physical betting locations exist.
- All disputes are subject to resolution under these Terms as the primary governing document.
- JM77 may introduce additional terms specific to certain products, promotions or events; those additional terms will supplement these general Terms.
02 Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account on JM77, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. JM77 does not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances. If we have reason to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.
- One Account: Each player is permitted to hold one JM77 account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. JM77 may request verification documents at any time.
- Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, allow others to use your account, or operate your account on behalf of a third party.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure. Notify JM77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
JM77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or close existing accounts at its discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
03 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on JM77 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Available methods may vary and are displayed on the Deposit page.
Deposits:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. JM77 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.
- Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that are not in your name may result in account suspension.
- JM77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
- JM77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
- JM77 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and not an indication of any issue with your account.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not been met. The relevant bonus terms will be clearly displayed when a bonus is claimed.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Please note: JM77 does not accept payments from third parties on your behalf. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.
04 Bonuses & Promotions
JM77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time of the offer.
- Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated before you claim it.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance.
- Game Contributions: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less. Contribution rates are listed in the specific bonus terms.
- Bonus Abuse: JM77 monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. If such patterns are detected, JM77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Promotional Changes: JM77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
05 Sports Betting Rules
JM77 offers sports betting across a range of markets including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, ICC tournaments), football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:
- Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming. JM77 will not reverse bets placed due to player error.
- Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. JM77 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Bets placed on odds that are clearly erroneous may be voided.
- Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to each sport and are displayed in the betting section.
- In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Late bets in rapidly changing game situations may not be accepted.
- Maximum Winnings: JM77 applies maximum winnings limits per event, market and time period. These limits are displayed in the betting rules section and may vary by sport and market type.
- Settlement: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, JM77's decision based on official data is final.
06 Casino & Slots Rules
JM77 offers a range of casino products including slots, live casino tables, crash games and other instant-win formats. All games are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Spribe and others. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:
- RNG Certification: All slot and RNG-based games use certified random number generators from the original game studio. JM77 does not alter game mechanics, RTP figures or outcome probabilities in any way.
- Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction or disconnection during a game round, JM77 will review the game log and credit or void the round based on the last confirmed game state. Malfunction voids all pays and plays where a complete round cannot be determined.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JM77. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:
- Creating more than one account, or assisting others to create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of sporting events.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
- Attempting to launder money or use JM77 for any financially illegal purpose.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing JM77 support staff or other users of the platform.
- Providing false identity information or submitting forged documents during verification.
Zero Tolerance: JM77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating and abuse. All suspicious activity is logged and investigated. JM77 reserves the right to withhold funds from accounts under active investigation pending the outcome of that investigation.
09 Privacy & Data
JM77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
- Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, gameplay data and device/IP information.
- Data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
- JM77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform.
- Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support. Some data may be retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes even after account closure.
10 Account Suspension & Termination
JM77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
- Any activity that JM77 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting the JM77 support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure is finalised.
11 Changes to Terms
JM77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, JM77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of JM77 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
